I had the opportunity to completely redesign a banking platform made for the real estate brokers market. The previous system presented clear barriers in almost every user flow.

Taking on this challenge, I focused on overcoming these limitations, reimagining every aspect of the interface to provide a smoother and more efficient experience.

I implemented significant improvements in workflows, removing obstacles, and simplifying processes.

The navigation is now intuitive, and users can easily access essential functionalities quickly. Additionally, I introduced new features aimed at enhancing effectiveness and convenience, providing an improved experience for real estate brokers when using the platform.

This redesign not only addresses the shortcomings of the previous system but also establishes a solid foundation for future innovations and adaptations.

At the moment, the platform has been operational for almost a year, during which enhancement requests were received from both users and stakeholders. Despite differences in certain functionalities and features, I managed to find solutions that pleased all parties involved.
